June 4 （ Tuesday ） A student was reportedly touched on the arm by an unknown man near Honnakayama 3-chome at 6:40 p.m. Information was received today.
The police have been notified.
The man is described as about 35-40 years old, about 180-190 cm tall, overweight, with short blond hair, a black short-sleeved T-shirt, blue jeans, and a long can of alcoholic beverage in one hand, foreign looking.

If you encounter a suspicious person, do not hesitate to "run away, shout, or sound a security buzzer" for immediate help and call 110.
