Suspicious Person Information [Crime Prevention Information]

November 11 （ Monday ） At around 5pm, a child was photographed, followed and accosted by an unknown man on a street near Innai 3-chome by a smartphone.
The man was described as about 25-35 years old, about 175-185 cm tall, thin, with short black hair, a black baseball cap （ with a red brim ）, black sunglasses, a white T-shirt, a black jumper and black pants.
Police have been notified.

If you encounter a suspicious person, don't hesitate to tell them to run away, shout, ring the security buzzer, etc. to get help immediately and call 110.
